Frankie “The Madman” Taylor recorded back to back wins this month, first the win at the Throwdown in T-Town, and most recently he won the PSCA Street Car Super Nationals “Anarchy at the Arch” in Outlaw Pro Mod. Taylor faced some tough competition in the final, Randell Ried, the #1 qualifier (3.581@212.96) would certainly make it a race, but all didn’t go well in the “All NCRC” final. Taylor laid down a 3.588@211.10 but Reid lost traction and ran an off pace 4.59@111.69.
Congratulations to Frankie and Paul Taylor and the Stupid Fast Racing Team on your Win and to Randell Ried on the R/U and #1 qualifier!!!
Paul Mouhayet and the Moits Racing Team were running in Outlaw Pro Mod, but were running the whole 1/4 in an attempt to reset the Fastest 1/4 mile World Record, and they DID!!! The team ran a 5.598@274.33 beating his old record of 273.39 MPH!!! Way to go Paul, the Moits Racing Team, Steve Petty and Jeff Pierce on the new record!!! Way to go guys!!!
We would also like to congratulate Jon Stoufer on his new Personal Best at Gateway, he ran a 3.62 with a NCRC converter that was so fresh you could still smell the cutting oil on it! Way to go guys!!!!
