Andreas Sjödin and the Sjödin Motorsport HB/ ÅBM Racing Team from Sweden are getting ready to run their final race of the year, and they’re excited!
The team got off to a bad start of the season grenading their brand new engine at Malmö Raceway during the first pass of the year. The team got everything back together for a race at Sundsvall Raceway in July and started working the bugs out. The next weekend out at Pite Dragway they really made progress running a 4.12 and a new PB of 4.07! The Team really got it together for the race at Tierp Arena during the end of July running a 3.959@303Km/h with a .97 60′ and two round wins – always great to continue to make improvements!!
The 2700lb Chevy is powered by a Conventional Headed Big Block Chevy with a big PSI Screw Blower, a Bruno Drive with a Billet NXS Converter transfers the power to the wheels. Andreas credits Brandon Pesz for helping with a million questions with tuning the car.
Congratulations on your progress and good luck at the final race of the season guys!
