Taylor Lastor not only captured the win in X275 at Northstar Dragway June 28th, he also won the 28 vs 275 class as well for a CLEAN SWEEP! Double entry isn’t easy, especially towards the end of eliminations but Lastor and the TRE Crew pulled it off spraying nitrous in the radiator between rounds to cool off his 1st Gen Nitrous Camaro.
Lastor, the #4 qualifier with a 4.6880@157.67 put his car on auto pilot, it consistantly was laying down fast 4.60’s passes every round, which turned out to be key for a $10,000 pay day at the end of the weekend. In X275, he defeated Chris Shortridge in the Turbo Camaro with a 4.675@157.67 to Shortridge’s 4.693@156.58 – good close final round for sure. In 28 vs 275, Lastor defeated Josh Lindsey in an All NCRC final, 4.662@158.51 to Lindsey’s hurt 5.552@95.64.
Congratulations on the Clean Sweep Taylor and TRE Racing, and to Josh Lindsey and the Dr. Mustang Team on your 28vs 275 R/U!!!
