Gustafson Resets NMCA Street Outlaw Record

Eric Gustafson and the R&E Racing Team reset the NMCA Street Outlaw Record and ran a new personal best during qualifying at Bowling Green May 15th. The ProCharged Small Block Mustang laid down 6.826@203.46. They backed it up to make it official during the 1st round with a 6.84 winning pass, but unfortunately Mother Nature decided to ruin the weekend for everyone and shut down eliminations. What’s really impressive is how much improvement this team has made over last year. In May 2014 they broke the NMCA West Record with a 7.197@196.93, that’s a huge move in one year!

NMCA will resume eliminations at their next schedule event at Lucas Oil Raceway June 18-21.
